At JENSEN-GROUP, we love surprises - especially when it comes to special occasions and birthdays.

We don’t like surprises when they involve additional costs or longer timelines. We are sure you feel the same, and for this reason, we have simplified your spare parts orders, making them easy to calculate. No surprises, no hidden costs:

We will ship your orders according to the following fixed rates:

- Shipping cost 25 EUR - including handling, packaging, and shipping expenses
- Fast deliveries at a cost of 35 EUR - incl. handling, packaging, and shipping expenses
- Warranty deliveries 0 EUR – no costs will be charged to you
- Only extraordinary deliveries that require special handling will be quoted separately.

Your orders will be shipped as quickly as possible; our promise:

- In-stock spare parts are shipped immediately, even with partial deliveries. Shipping costs will be charged only once.
- In case your order cannot be shipped via our usual courier, we will contact you.
- Same-day shipping: orders placed on working days from Monday to Friday before 14:00 are generally shipped the same day. (Except on holidays)
- The average delivery time is 2-5 working days.

Together with the shipping confirmation email, you will receive a link to track your order. In some cases, we may not be able to send the tracking link.
